Jenn Mason

SVP, Help at Snow Companies

Jenn Mason has over fifteen years of experience in the customer service and marketing industries. Jenn began their career as a mental health specialist at Caritas Norwood Hospital in 2009. In this role, Jenn provided support to patients and their families dealing with mental illness. Jenn left Caritas in 2010 to join, where they worked as an e-mail customer care representative. In this role, Jenn provided customer support for members. Jenn left in 2011 to join Snow Companies, where they are currently the Senior Vice President of Help.

Jenn Mason has a MPH in Public Health- Health Services from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Colgate University.

They are on a team with Tyler James - SVP, Video, Lynn Kirkpatrick - Executive Vice President, and Sheri Trotter - SVP, Programs. Their manager is Brenda Snow, Founder & CEO.
