Paul Riley Jr.

Paul Riley Jr., CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Paul is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Snow Joe + Sun Joe since August 2020. Before that, Paul held various roles at Amazon from 2015 to 2020. Paul'sroles at Amazon included Head of Vendor Management (DMM) - Patio, Lawn & Garden from November 2018 to August 2020, Manager, Vendor Management from March 2017 to October 2018, and Sr. Category Merchant Manager from July 2015 to February 2017.

In 2014, Paul participated in the G51 Venture Scholar Program at G51 Amplify, where they assessed the viability of business plans and delivered investment recommendations to partners. In the same year, they also interned at World Fuel Services, where they worked on projects related to customer-specific risk and broker incentive compensation structure improvement.

Paul's earliest work experience was at MFS Investment Management, where they worked as a Research Associate from November 2010 to May 2013. In this role, they covered a portfolio of municipal bonds, evaluated new bond deals, communicated with government officials, and negotiated with investment bankers.

Prior to MFS, Paul worked at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Analyst from June 2007 to October 2010. In this role, they co-managed a $300M budget, developed a five-year financial plan, and partnered with the technology division to improve cost allocation methodologies.

Paul Riley Jr., CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute in August 2011.
