Eric Lipton has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Eric is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SNO-GO since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the COO and Managing Director at SNOW Partners from 2017 to present. In these roles, they focused on guest experience design, process improvement, client relationships, staff engagement, and budgeting within ski resorts. Additionally, Eric has worked as the Director at Destination Ski Camps since 2017, where they organized international ski camps. Eric also served as a National Alpine Team Member at PSIA-AASI from 2008 to 2021, contributing to the creation and delivery of educational content and training instructors. Eric has further held positions as an Alpine Examiner Coach at PSIA-AASI Northern Rocky Mountain from 2014 to 2019 and as an Alpine Examiner at PSIA-AASI Eastern from 2008 to 2019. Prior to their ski industry roles, they served as the COO at Nathan's Furniture Stores, Inc. from 2004 to 2017.
Eric Lipton received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University in the years 1999 to 2002. In 2018, they completed a program in Lean Systems in Project Management at Villanova University. In 2019 to 2020, Eric pursued a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Project Management at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
