Ross Halbach

Ross Halbach has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Ross started their career at Intel as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2005 to 2009. Afterward, they joined Snow Peak as an Accounting & Operations Manager from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, Ross pursued a PhD in Theology at the University of Aberdeen and completed it in 2017. Ross then worked as an Accounting & Operations Consultant from 2016 to 2017 while also serving as an Adjunct Theology Teacher at the University of Portland from 2010 to 2013. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Adjunct Professor at Multnomah University. Finally, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Snow Peak in December 2017.

Ross Halbach's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Ross pursued further studies at Multnomah University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Master of Divinity in Theological Studies with an emphasis on Intercultural Studies. Ross then attended Western Seminary from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Theology Masters (ThM) degree with a focus on Theological Studies. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of Aberdeen and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Systematic Theology and Theological Ethics.
