Dean Elder

Dean Elder is an experienced sales professional with a comprehensive background in the automotive industry and sports coaching. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Snows Motor Group since July 2024, Dean oversees the used car department and focuses on growing the BYD brand while ensuring a memorable customer experience. Prior to this role, Dean held multiple positions at Richmond Motor Group from September 2018 to July 2024, managing large sales teams and driving sales for Hyundai and Suzuki. Dean's career began as a PGA Professional at the Professional Golfers' Association from June 2002 to October 2018, alongside roles in sales and business development at Bishops Printers. Dean holds a degree in Professional Golf Studies from the University of Birmingham (2004 - 2008).
