Melanie Durrans has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Melanie completed a course in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and received a NLP Practitioner degree from the NLP Centre of Excellence in 2017. In 2010, they obtained a LCH Dip degree in Practitioner of Coaching from Achievement Specialists / Institute of Coaching & Mentoring. Melanie pursued Management Studies at Oxford Brookes University from 2001 to 2003, earning a CMS & DMS degree. Additionally, they studied Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Central Lancashire and obtained a CIPD degree from 2000 to 2002. In 1996, they attended Derby College and earned an NVQ Assessor degree in D32 & D33 NVQ Assessor. Melanie graduated with a BSc Degree in Hospitality Management & Related Services from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1995. Melanie obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Operations from Castle College between 1989 and 1991. Lastly, they furthered their professional development by completing Goup Training Techniques (GTT) at Stonebow in 2000 and a Craft Trainer Award (CTA) in 1996, also at Stonebow.
