Damien Martin

Damien MARTIN is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as Responsable RH at DODO, managing a team and overseeing HR policies for around 400 employees, Damien also contributes to the strategic direction as a member of the CODIR. Prior roles include Responsable Ressources Humaines at Atos, where responsibilities encompassed HR development and managerial support, and Chargé RH at SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire, focusing on recruitment and training. With over a decade of experience in various HR positions across multiple companies, including Veolia and SNCF, Damien MARTIN holds a Master’s degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from IAE Metz School of Management and has been actively involved in enhancing financial literacy through investment initiatives at Snowball.xyz.
