Ron Welch is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in building maintenance and engineering operations at Snowbasin since January 2006. Currently serving as the Build Maintenance Manager in the Engineering Department, Ron has managed and maintained engineering operations for both interior and exterior facilities, focusing on cosmetic signatures and possessing expertise in multiple disciplines. Prior roles include Building Maintenance Technician and Lead Engineering Technician, where Ron demonstrated journeyman-level skills in trades such as HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
