Simon Arvidsson-Öhrling has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Simon started their career as a Sales Personal at Dietmann & Weiselius AB, where they focused on providing personal service and assistance to customers. Simon then joined Libergs Sweden AB as a Scaffold Builder and later became a Project Manager, responsible for salaries, customer meetings, and other operational tasks. During their time at Libergs, they also worked part-time while studying and transitioned to a full-time role after graduating.
Arvidsson-Öhrling then joined Navigio as an Associate Consultant, where they worked on consulting projects. Simon later became a Senior Associate Consultant and eventually a Consultant, demonstrating their growth within the company. Simon then moved to Snowfall, where they served as the Head of People, overseeing the people function within Snowfall Group and acting as the Director of Snowfall in Greece, Armenia, and Croatia. More recently, they took on the role of Chief Growth Officer at Snowfall, responsible for driving growth in commercial, M&A, and people areas.
Simon Arvidsson-Öhrling started their education in 2011 at Örebro University, where they pursued a Master of business economy degree. Simon completed their studies in 2016. In 2015, they furthered their education at CUHK Business School, obtaining a Master's degree in Business and Management, which they completed in 2016 as well.
