Dorota Jaworska

Dorota Jaworska is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, project management, and operations within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Director of EMEA Talent and HR Operations at Snowflake since February 2021, Dorota has previously held roles including Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and COO at Polidea, where strategic growth and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. Additionally, Dorota contributes as a mentor in Project Management at Dare IT, supporting women in their career development in technology.
