Jordan Volz

Jordan Volz is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in machine learning, software engineering, and sales engineering. Currently serving as a Principal SE at Snowflake and as the creator of lolpop, an open-source software engineering framework for machine learning workflows, Jordan has a strong background in building data systems and aiding customers in machine learning implementation. Prior roles include serving as Head of ML Field Engineering at Continual, where contributions spurred product development and initial customer acquisition, and overseeing Field Engineering at Voltron Data, focusing on next-generation enterprise systems. Previous positions at Dataiku and Cloudera involved managing large teams, developing training programs, and facilitating customer success in ML/AI adoption. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bard College and a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
