Mike Speiser

Mike is a Managing Director at Sutter Hill Ventures, where he has worked since 2008. Mike helped start and served as the Founding CEO of Pure Storage, Snowflake Computing, and Observe, Inc. Mike’s current Directorships include Pure Storage, Snowflake Computing, Observe, Lacework, Sigma Computing, Sila Nano, Ghost Locomotion, and Clumio. Previously Mike was a Lecturer at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, Vice President at Yahoo!, Vice President at VERITAS Software, co-founder of Epinions, an associate at McKinsey & Company, and an analyst at CS First Boston. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA (High Distinction, Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.
