Serena Zhang

Serena Zhang is a seasoned professional in sales operations and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Sales Operations Manager in Sales Planning at Snowflake since June 2021. Prior to this role, Serena held various positions at Splunk, including Sales Operations Manager and Senior Business Analyst, and was recognized as the 2020 Master Anaplan of the Year and an FY20 President’s Club winner for exceptional performance in global sales support.
