Sara Baack

Sara Baack is the Founding Partner of Snowhawk, a private investment firm focusing on strategic majority investments in businesses powering the digital transition. Sara also serves as a Board Member at ProsperOps, a FinOps automation platform, and Splunk. Previously, Sara held roles as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Equinix, as well as various senior positions at Level 3 Communications. Sara's experience also includes working at PaineWebber Inc. In terms of education, Sara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History and Management from Rice University.
