Alex Stephens-Akaka

Alexandra Stephens-Akaka serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Snowline Hospice since February 2022 and is also a Human Resource & Business Consultant at Syndesis Solutions, LLC since April 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Alexandra previously held multiple roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, VP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resource Manager at One Community Health Sacramento from November 2007 to March 2021. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Executive Team Leader-Human Resources at Target from April 2005 to November 2007 and holding roles in store management and HR management at Gap Inc. from 2002 to April 2005.
