Lisa McKeown CMIOSH is a seasoned health, safety, and environment professional with extensive experience in managerial roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager HSE at Snowy Hydro Limited since January 2024, Lisa is involved in the transformative Snowy 2.0 project aimed at advancing Australia’s renewable energy transition. Prior to this, Lisa dedicated nearly two decades to Laing O'Rourke, rising through various positions from HS&E Coordinator to HSE Leader and Acting General Manager HSE, overseeing health and safety strategies across multiple projects in Australia. Lisa's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Practice, a Master of Safety Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate of Safety Leadership from Griffith University, further enhancing expertise in mental health counseling and safety leadership.
