Mai Le possesses extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as a Performance and Reward Partner at Snowy Hydro Limited since May 2018, after holding the position of Group Finance Manager. Prior to this role, Mai Le worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from November 2013 to May 2018, progressing from Financial Accountant to Accounting and Reporting Manager. Additionally, experience as a Senior Accountant was gained at PwC Australia from January 2010 to November 2013. Mai Le holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Deakin University (2021-2022), a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Marketing, and Psychology from UNSW (2006-2009).
