Arunachalam V P has over 40 years of work experience in the field of technology education. ARUNACHALAM started their career in 1974 at Govt. College Of Technology, where they held various roles, including Associate Lecturer, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor, and Vice Principal until 2006. In 2006, they joined SNS College Of Technology as a Professor and Principal, and later became the Professor and Director in 2013.

Arunachalam V P holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. ARUNACHALAM also has a Master's Degree in Machine Tool Engineering from P.S.G. College of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
