Augustin Aldrwin Sarker

Augustin Aldrwin Sarker serves as the Country HR and Operations Manager at SNV since July 2018, collaborating with the Country Director and Country Management Team to ensure the effective implementation of various operational functions including Human Resources and Procurement. Prior to this role, Augustin worked at Working Break as a Tourist and spent over two decades at World Vision Bangladesh, where positions included Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of People & Culture. Augustin's educational background includes pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the American International University-Bangladesh, alongside Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka. Initial education was completed at Mrityunjoy High School and Anandamohan College.
