Carolyne Kirimi

Carolyne Kirimi is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Country Procurement Manager at SNV since March 2022, leading the contracting and procurement processes for various projects in Agriculture, Energy, and WASH. Previously, Carolyne held the position of Regional Procurement Officer at the Aga Khan Foundation East Africa, overseeing procurement functions across the region. Additionally, Carolyne served as a Supply Chain Coordinator and Inputs Procurement Associate at One Acre Fund, effectively managing supply chains and implementing procurement policies across multiple African countries. Early career experiences include the role of Procurement Assistant at SeedCo Group, where sourcing, evaluation, and supplier negotiations were key responsibilities. Carolyne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and several advanced qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Currently pursuing an MSc in International Development at The University of Edinburgh, Carolyne continues to enhance expertise in procurement and supply management.
