Aditya Mourya

Aditya Mourya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Aditya started their career as a Co-Founder of EcoMytra, where they successfully launched a new product line and grew the company's customer base and revenue. Aditya then worked as a Senior Executive at Serco, where they managed customer accounts and implemented process standardization to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Aditya also served as a Senior Consultant at Firstsource, where they handled customer accounts and reduced processing time through proactive problem-solving. Aditya later joined Hospitality Minds India as a Director of Business Strategy & Alliances, where they drove strategic initiatives and developed a long-term growth plan for the company. Aditya also founded and managed The Mokka, a successful outlet in Mumbai Suburbs that catered to corporate clients and organized annual events. Aditya then joined Belong | Ingenious Faces, where they served as part of the Founder's Office, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration between departments. Aditya's next role was as a Startup Mentor at Seedstars, where they provided guidance and support to startups. Aditya most recently held positions as an Associate Director at Birchwood University and the European Institute of Management & Technology (EIMT). In these roles, they led strategic initiatives, managed international partnerships, and facilitated cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Aditya's extensive experience in strategy, business development, and leadership make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Aditya Mourya's education history starts with their completion of SSC (High School/Secondary Certificate Programs) at Gopal's Garden High School from 1997 to 2010. Aditya then attended Mithibai College from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a HSC (Junior College) degree in Business/Commerce, General. In the same period, Aditya also appeared for the CPT - Entrance exam at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. From 2012 to 2014, they continued their studies at the same institute and pursued IPCC - CA - Inter, but it appears that they did not complete this degree. Aditya then went back to Mithibai College from 2010 to 2016 and received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Lastly, they attended the University of Mumbai from 2016 to 2017 and obtained an MCom degree in Business/Commerce, General.
