Warner Coffman Sphr

Warner Coffman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has had a long and diverse work history in the field of human resources. Warner began their career in 1983 as a Staffing Consultant with Robert Half of St. Louis. Warner then moved on to Edward Jones in 1987, where they served as the Employment Manager and established the firm's first formal recruiting and staffing function. After leaving Edward Jones in 1991, they joined Principal Financial Group as an HR Management Advisor, specializing in Individual Field Services. In 1998, they transitioned to MidAmerican Energy as a Staffing Manager. Following that, they became the Director of Human Resources at RSM McGladrey in 1999. In 2004, they held two simultaneous roles - Human Resources Consultant for their own company, Self Employed, and Director of Human Resources at De Lage Landen Financial Services, Inc. Finally, in 2008, they became the Director of Human Resources at Snyder & Associates, where they are currently employed.

Warner Coffman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 1977 to 1982. Warner also attended EAWRCHS, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.

In terms of certifications, Warner earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in August 2018. Warner also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015. Additionally, Warner achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2002.
