Andrew Southard

Andrew Southard has work experience in the field of solutions engineering and product management. Andrew started working at Datadog in 2017 as a Solutions Engineer, where they focused on educating potential clients and providing ongoing support to existing customers. Andrew also worked as a Tier 2 Solutions Engineer, specializing in Application Performance Monitoring and replicating issues for bug-fixes. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager, responsible for managing product development and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2021, they joined Snyk as a Solutions Engineer and later became a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Andrew Southard earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Pace University between 2015 and 2017. In 2017, they completed a Full-Stack Web Development course at Actualize Coding Bootcamp. Prior to that, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film Production from Brooklyn College, a program they attended from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their academic background, they hold a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in August 2022.
