Helene Hornecker

Helene Hornecker has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Helene is currently the Head of Mktg/SDR Operations, Business Intelligence, and Data Quality at Snyk, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing Operations at Snyk from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Snyk, Helene worked at Veeam Software, where they held the role of Director, GTM Planning & Business Analysis (Global) from 2018 to 2019. Helene also served as the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Veeam Software from 2016 to 2017.

Helene's earlier experience includes roles at Citrix, where they held positions such as Manager Marketing & Channel Sales Operations, EMEA from 2014 to 2016 and EMEA Marketing Manager Market Intelligence and Database Strategist from 2013 to 2014. Helene also worked as a Lead and Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Citrix from 2010 to 2013.

Prior to their time at Citrix, Helene held roles at TNT as an International Product & Program Manager from 2008 to 2010, as well as an Inside Sales Representative and Key Account Inside Sales Representative from 2006 to 2007. Helene also worked as an Event Sales Representative at Forrester Research in 2006.

Helene's early career includes a role as an Export and Personal Assistant at Cap Ship International in 2004, and as a Recruitment Assistant at Adecco in 2003.

Helene Hornecker completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from emlyon business school, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained the Rhythm Expert Certification and Rhythm User Certification from Rhythm Systems, Inc in May 2019.
