Mălin Brânduşe

Mălin Brânduşe is a Senior Software Engineer at 8x8 since August 2021, specializing in building tools for bulk operations on internal microservices and enhancing productivity through automation. Previously, Mălin served as Development Lead at Searchie from June 2018 to July 2021, where significant improvements in feature release speed and bug resolution were achieved by developing backend architecture, guiding product strategy, and leading a development team with effective sprint organization and code quality assurance. Mălin's career includes roles as a Full Stack Developer focused on a new SaaS platform at Searchie, and as a Full Stack Developer in the banking sector at Gruppo MOL. Mălin also has experience in web development with Rainfall, concentrating on WordPress and CMS theme development. Mălin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technologies from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca and a diploma in Math and Computer Science from Colegiul Național "Moise Nicoară" Arad.
