Mihika Iyer

Mihika Iyer is a Software Development Engineer at Instawork since July 2023, contributing to the development of a leading platform that connects businesses with hourly workers using advanced AI technology. Currently studying Computer Science and Sociology at Northeastern University, Mihika has engaged in diverse coursework including Computer Science Fundamentals and Global Markets/Local Culture. As a Technical Product Manager for Code4Community, Mihika facilitates the integration of homeless youth into the job market through the design of a full-stack website. Additionally, Mihika is the founder of the non-profit organization Ladyship Inc. and possesses programming skills in Java, Python, R, SQL, and JavaScript, along with proficiency in various IDEs and software tools.
