Jonathan Valz

Jonathan Valz is a co-founder and managing director at various establishments. Jonathan co-founded So Clutch Group, LLC in 2006 and continues to hold their role as managing director. In 2019, they co-founded Blum Nightclub and has since held the position of co-founder and managing director. In 2020, they co-founded The Sporting Club, and in 2022, they co-founded both The Betty and Vice Park, where they also serve as a managing director. Jonathan was also a co-founder and managing director at Concrete Cowboy from 2012 to 2021, Wild Knight from 2011 to present, Clutch from 2015 to 2022, Sugar Room from 2020 to 2021, and THE DERBY ROOM from 2013 to 2014.

Jonathan Valz has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Jonathan also holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Finance and another in International Business, from the University of Maryland, earned from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Ramsey High School, where they received their High School Diploma in 1991.
