Antoinette Udoalah

Antoinette Udoalah has over six years of experience in quality assurance and content creation. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market, Antoinette is responsible for new product development and the composition of HACCP plans. Previously held roles at PenSlingers include Quality Assurance Officer and Operations Training Specialist, alongside a position as Professional Writer, where Antoinette specializes in various forms of content creation. Antoinette has also volunteered at the Lagos Food Bank, distributing relief items, and taught chemistry and other science subjects at WOLCREST COLLEGE. Antoinette holds a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from Osun State University, obtained in 2014.
