Jessica Alderson

Jessica Alderson has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to 2021. In 2010, they worked as a Student Research Chemist at Infineum. In 2012, they worked as an Equity Research Easter Intern at Berenberg Bank and an Equity Research Summer Intern at Morgan Stanley. From 2013 to 2019, they held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Real Estate Equity Research Associate, Oilfield Services Equity Research Associate, and Oilfield Services Equity Research Analyst. In 2019, they became the Head of Research at Workthere. In 2021, they were appointed as the UK Head of Women in Tech at the WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement and also became the Co-Founder & CEO of So Syncd, a dating app that matches compatible personality types.

Jessica Alderson attended the University of Bath from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Master in Chemistry degree in the field of Chemistry.
