Aura Santisteban

Aura Santisteban currently serves as the Head of Product Business Unit at SOAINT and as an Academic Mentor at Agile Institute Latam, both positions held since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Product/Solution Management at Amadeus and as Chief Product Officer at Olimpia IT, where responsibilities encompassed product management and business development. Additionally, Aura served as Chief Strategy Officer at Olimpia IT and worked in IT Project & Program Management at Veritas Technologies LLC. Educational qualifications include a degree in Gerencia en Empresas de Tecnología and Gerencia de Empresas de Telecomunicaciones from Universidad de Los Andes, as well as an Executive MBA from EUNCET.
