Aditi Srinivasan nee Rana

Aditi Srinivasan nee Rana has had a varied career since 1997. Aditi began their career as a Customer Service Supervisor at Oriflame India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for coordinating customer service and operational functions in the Calcutta Regional office. Aditi also trained existing and prospective distributors about the company, business opportunities, and earnings potential with Oriflame as well as on the different range of products, their best usages, and applications.

In 2001, Aditi moved to Modicare Ltd, where they were an Associate Manager of Training. Aditi was responsible for training and educating distributors throughout the Eastern India region and Nepal, creating awareness about Modicare. Aditi was also responsible for ensuring stock availability of the entire product range throughout the Eastern region and formulated and designed a Train the Trainer program to develop trainers in the region.

In 2006, Aditi joined IBM India as an HR Generalist. Aditi was responsible for the New Hire Orientation for all new hires, familiarizing them on topics like IBM history, IBM's Core Values, Corporate strategies, HR processes and procedures, as well as their individual growth plans in the organization. Aditi was also responsible for the training calendar for their pillar and trained and educated over 400 new employees in 6 months with an average satisfaction rating of 95%.

In 2018, Aditi began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for full cycle technical sourcing through placement for multiple roles and functions including Application developers, Software Architects and Account Managers. Aditi focused on full stack developers (java/javascript/. net, c++), robotic process automation (RPA) professionals.

Aditi also began volunteering with the Patsy Sommer Elementary PTA in 2018, where they were the VP. Aditi was responsible for 6 multi-faceted school PTA programs, and performed different aspects of planning, scheduling, budgets, coordination, and communication (via emails & social media) for each. Aditi also volunteered with other large PTA events like the multicultural event and Annual Carnival.

Currently, Aditi is an HR Compliance Specialist at SOAL Technologies - Perfect Hire, Guaranteed! Aditi is responsible for HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and terminations. Aditi also provides ongoing support to maintain and uphold the healthcare staffing compliance for the company, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant with drug screen, background check, valid nurse license, CPR certifications, immunization records, etc. as required by the specific hiring facility. Aditi also provides compliance advice to the business unit and executive management regarding compliance policies and procedures. Aditi also monitors and alerts contractors if their credentials, licensing, immunization and/or training requirements are expiring, and updates their HR files once renewed.

Aditi Srinivasan nee Rana's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in BA from the University of Calcutta (1990-1992), a High School diploma from Kendriya Vidyalaya (1989-1990), a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCE 339 (1999-2000), and an Award of Achievement in Web Analytics from The University of British Columbia (2011-2012).
