Ayana Sajan

Ayana Sajan has worked as a Technical Recruiter since 2007. Ayana started their career at Esika Infotech Pvt Ltd as a Recruitment Executive. In 2008, they moved to RSA The Security Division of EMC as an HR Recruitment Executive. Ayana then worked at Accenture as an IT Recruiter in 2009. In 2010, they joined CS Solutions,Inc. Minneapolis, MN as a Technical Recruiter. In 2011, they moved to Enclipse as a Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Intuitive Technology Group, TIPS as a Technical Recruiter. Her most recent role is Senior Technical Recruiter at SOAL Technologies, which they have held since 2021.

Ayana Sajan completed their MBA from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2007, and their BBM from Mangalore University.
