Timothy Forbes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Timothy started their career in 1999 as a Technology and Communications Manager at Port Jobs, where they worked until 2004. From 2003 to 2005, they served as an NGO Development Volunteer at Peace Corps. In 2005, they became a Special Projects Manager at Port Jobs until 2006. Timothy then joined the Office of Refugee Resettlement/HHS as a Program Manager in 2006, and worked there until 2007. Since 2007, they have been associated with PICnet, initially as a Director of Client Services until 2012, and currently as the VP of Products and Client Success.

Timothy Forbes earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Change Management Specialist from the Management & Strategy Institute since December 2021. Timothy is also a certified Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and a Salesforce Trailhead Double Star Ranger. Timothy Forbes acquired these Salesforce certifications between 2017 and 2018.
