Nivi Achanta

Founder & CEO at Soapbox Project

Nivi Achanta is the founder and CEO of Soapbox Project, a management consulting firm. Prior to starting their own company, they worked at Accenture for three years in various roles, including Senior Product Manager and Project Lead.

Achanta’s most recent role at Accenture was leading one of the first enterprise transformations for a large philanthropic foundation. Nivi produced four podcasts with the foundation’s executive team and co-chairs, designed the user interface of a website, and enabled the first-ever modern learning experience for all foundation employees on gender equality.

Before that, Achanta served as a Senior Product Manager at Accenture. In this role, they were responsible for managing and developing new products and features. Nivi also led a team of 8 consultants and analysts to understand disaster response challenges and successes at a makeshift shelter in Chico following the NorCal Wildfire disaster.

Achanta has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University.

Nivi Achanta received a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics (B.A.) and Managerial Economics (B.S.) from the University of California, Davis. Nivi also has a certification from the California Department of Insurance in Resident Insurance Producer.
