Kandace "K" Selnick is an accomplished visual designer and art director with extensive experience in higher education and freelance design. Currently serving as a Sr. Visual Designer at the University of Southern California's HREC Strategic Communications team since November 2019, Kandace focuses on developing a comprehensive design system to enhance employee engagement and embody the USC master brand. Previous roles at USC include Sr. Design Manager and Sr. Graphic Designer, where Kandace led design projects and enhanced the USC Trojan Family Magazine's online presence. Kandace has also served as Co-Chair of Soapbox Design, hosted influential community events, and contributed to various freelance projects across diverse industries. With a robust educational background that includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, Kandace combines creative expertise with leadership skills in design.
