Joy Murungi has worked in various roles in the marketing and travel industries. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Product Marketing for Soapy - Perfect Way To Wash Hands. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Coordinator for Metropolitan Safaris Limited in 2020, the CEO for Easy Travel and Safaris in 2018, and the Marketing Administrator for ALBATROSS TRAVEL AND SAFARIS in 2017.

Joy Murungi completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Metropolitan International University between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in IATA from Rwanda Tourism University between 2011 and 2012.
