Jonina Moskowitz has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Case Management at SOAR365 since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked for the City of Virginia Beach, Department of Human Services for 9 years as the CQI Supervisor for BHDS services, ensuring compliance with various external and internal requirements. Before that, they held positions as a Clinician IV at the same department and as the Chief Operations Officer at the Virginia Center for Health & Wellness. Jonina also has experience as an Outpatient Coordinator at the Family Redirection Institute Inc., where they developed and improved outpatient therapy and assessment services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Family Redirection Institute, Inc., providing diagnostic services and therapy for emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. Jonina also worked as a Clinical Therapist III at The Barry Robinson Center and as an Adjunct Associate and Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University. Jonina'swork experience began as a Clinician II at the Virginia Beach Community Services Board.
Jonina Moskowitz completed their education in Clinical Psychology with a Psy.D. degree from the Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1986 to 1990. Jonina Moskowitz also holds a certification as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from the Virginia Board of Psychology, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
