Liz Harris is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in volunteer and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Volunteer Engagement at SOAR365, Liz previously held the position of Assistant Director for Student & Young Graduate Programming at the University of Richmond, where over 50 events were hosted annually, fostering connections among young graduates. Prior roles at the YMCA of Greater Richmond included Director of Volunteer and Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on youth development, inclusive programming, and volunteer management across multiple branches. Liz began their career as a Youth Development Specialist at CARE Now, providing counseling to elementary school students. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling and Human Services from Old Dominion University.
