Ryan K. Pyeatt has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and IT roles. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Software Engineering for Soaren Management, where they manage a budget of $5M, reduced expenditures of the department by 20%, and manages 35 employees and contractors. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Gartner, where they oversaw software development teams working on large strategic web projects for the Evanta division. From 2005 to 2017, they were the VP of IT and Director of IT & Process Management at Evanta, where they were a key member of the leadership team that grew the company from 12-employee, $2M start-up to 250-employee, $70M international market leader. Ryan K. was responsible for leading the strategy, execution and business alignment of all web and IT initiatives, and proactively created innovative and unique web solutions to overcome hurdles and maximize profits for the business.

Ryan K. obtained a BS Business Management from Portland State University - School of Business between 2002 and 2004, and prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2002.
