Tim Smith has been working in the professional world since 2007. Tim began their career at Republic Services, where they held three different roles from 2007 to 2021. These roles included Senior Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and Senior Manager, CRC Reporting and Analysis. In 2021, they joined Soaren Management as a Reporting Manager and Senior Power BI Developer. Throughout their time at Republic Services, Tim was responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive, successful multi-area sales and customer experience contact centers, directing up to 130-person teams, managing up to a $6.5M budget, establishing strategies, priorities, and clear direction for reporting analysts, designing strategic roadmaps, submitting recommendations based off analyses, and developing organizational reports for Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Experience. In addition, they were responsible for establishing positive rapport with customers, managers, and customer service team members, developing and mentoring team members to provide hospitable, professional customer service, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly documentation, reports and logs to identify and manage sales metrics and support process driven activities.
