Shelli Endicott

Shelli Endicott, NCCO, BSACS, currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance Officer at Soarion Credit Union since April 2023, overseeing the compliance program and identifying compliance risks. Prior to this role, Shelli was with Credit Human as a Member Ops Support Compliance Analyst and Corporate Compliance Senior Analyst from December 2018 to May 2023. Shelli held the position of Client Compliance Analyst at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC from February 2015 to October 2018, ensuring compliance for Wells Fargo. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President/Loan Administration Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, leading teams and managing compliance, and as an Account Manager at Frost & Sullivan. Shelli began the career as a Relationship Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, focusing on credit reporting services for mid-sized companies. Shelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Central Missouri.
