Yvonne de la Rosa-Flores

Yvonne De La Rosa-Flores, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Soarion Credit Union, a role held since October 2022, following positions as AVP Compliance & Risk Management and Director of Compliance and Risk Management. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative and Senior Compliance Analyst at Credit Human from January 2015 to October 2022, where Yvonne led a Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Advocacy Program and managed departmental budgets. Earlier in Yvonne's career, from December 2003 to January 2014, as Corporate/Government Relations Officer at SACU, responsibilities included managing executive support staff and overseeing chamber relations and charitable contributions. Yvonne holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the same institution.
