Long Bui Hai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Long is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Finan Pte. Ltd. Since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at One Mount Group as the Head of Analytics from December 2020 to May 2021.

Long also worked at Landers Superstore (Southeastasia Retail Inc.) as the Chief Analytics Officer, CTO, and Co-Founder. During their tenure from December 2018 to December 2020, they successfully launched https://landers.ph in just 1.5 months.

Long Bui Hai began their education at Tranphu Gifted High School, where they studied Physics from 2003 to 2006. Long attended this university from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the University of Wales, earning a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
