Nick Krasucki

Nick Krasucki's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Sober Grid from November 2014 to March 2016. During this time, they supported capital raises, implemented financial and business operations strategies, and developed and executed business goals. Prior to that, they founded and owned Integritas Financial Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory firm, from July 2013 onwards. In this role, they provided contract CFO corporate financial support services to companies. From 2006 to 2023, they held the role of Principal Engineer at Medtronic, where they supported outsourced manufacturing operations and served as the SQA functional lead for product launches. Nick also worked as an Engineer at Beckman Coulter from 2005 to 2006, and as a Quality Engineer at Agencourt Bioscience from 2001 to 2005.

Nick Krasucki completed their education at two prestigious institutions. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Dartmouth College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. Later, from 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, focusing on finance.
