Stanley Nabutola is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR planning, performance management, and organizational culture transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SOBETRA since April 2022, Stanley has significantly improved HR team productivity and enhanced leadership effectiveness through targeted coaching and implementation of management consulting tools. Previously held notable positions including Head of People and Culture at AUA Industria, where Stanley Nabutola initiated upskilling programs and redesigned job descriptions, and Human Resources Manager at RAMA Group, where Stanley Nabutola conducted a comprehensive HR audit.
