Joe Sherratt possesses a strong background in business process improvement and technology transformation management, with extensive experience in roles such as Director of Merchandising & Supply Chain Data at Sobeys and Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. Previous positions include Director and Senior Manager of Business Processes at STAPLES Canada, as well as National Process Improvement Manager. Joe Sherratt holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, obtained between May 2013 and December 2015, and received professional education from the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies from 2011 to 2012.
