Shana-Kay Wright

Shana-Kay Wright currently serves as Legal Counsel at Sobeys, providing legal advice across various business sectors and managing external counsel. Previously, Shana-Kay held the same title at Metrolinx, where responsibilities included drafting commercial agreements for major capital projects and advising on corporate operations. Additional experience encompasses a range of legal roles, including articling student, research assistant, and caseworker, demonstrating expertise in commercial law, human rights, and public policy. Shana-Kay holds a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Arts & Business from the University of Waterloo.
