Raghu Balan currently heads the Quality, Safety &Technology(QST); Infrastructure; Value Engineering; Vendor Development and R&D Departments for Real Estate vertical and Leadership Development and Training Department for the Organization. He has been in this role for last 11+ years.
Prior to this, he was handling the projects both in Real Estate and Contractual vertical of Sobha for a span of more than 15 years.
Before joining Sobha he has worked as Asst. Manager, Hindustan Construction Company Limited, Mumbai and as Planning Engineer, Services & Trade Company, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
He loves sports, swimming, travelling and watching period movies during leisure time.
