Fayaz Ali

Fayaz Ali currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Sobha Realty since January 2024. Prior to this role, Fayaz Ali was the Business Excellence Manager at Mahindra Group from May 2018 to January 2024, overseeing the entire plant's Business Excellence initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and Dealerships. Fayaz Ali has extensive experience in lean implementation and project management from a tenure as Manager of Lean Management at Volkswagen India (July 2010 - April 2018). Earlier, at Toyota Kirloskar Motor (October 2007 - July 2010), responsibilities included supporting the ETIOS project and providing technical assistance in various engineering domains. Fayaz Ali began a career as an Assembly Engineer at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. (June 2006 - September 2007). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Process Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Diploma in Mechatronics from NTTF.
