Sarathi Totade

Sarathi Totade, PMP, MIE, and Chartered Engineer, currently serves as Manager of Projects Control in the PMO/COO Office at Sobha Realty since March 2020, overseeing project programs and progress reports for multiple high-value projects. Previously, Sarathi held the position of Planning Manager at Sobha Ltd. from June 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included the preparation and approval of project baseline programs. Prior roles encompassed Lead Planning Engineer/Project Manager at Al-Attiyah Contracting Co. and Planning Engineer at the Burj Dubai Project, alongside earlier positions as a Civil Engineer and Trainee Engineer.
